INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS
Bear in mind that the further you are from us the more your items travel. We generally give an approximate of a week or two for your order to arrive but this also depends on the final destination. Different countries, different rules. This also applies to Customs. We cannot and will not interfere with the authorities of any country. If your items are being held in customs or you are asked to pay a custom fee for importing goods please do not hold this against us for it is the tax laws in the country and not us who are asking you to do so.
All items shipped have a tracking number. Please be sure the address and the phone number you have provided are correct. You can locate your package through DHL’s website at www.dhl.com (Correos may also be used, in which case please visit www.correos.es)
We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged, unused items within 5 days of delivery date, after 5 days all sales are final.
Returns will take place at the Customer’s initiative, convenience, and expense. Failure to provide a tracking number will void the return.
Returned parcels must be marked “RETURNED MERCHANDISE” with a €5 customs value to avoid any processing costs and delays on re-importation. Should the Customer not follow these instructions, re-importation processing deadlines may take up to 28 days, and the re-importation costs claimed against us (the Seller) will not be refunded to the Customer.
Bespoke and sale items are final and not returnable.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
Please write the correct address and phone number. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organise a new delivery. Depending on the circumstances the re-shipping will be at your expense once again. If you do not contact us within 30 days, your order is considered Null & Void. You, the customer, will be responsible for the total sum of the shipping costs.
I produce all the products and look after their quality. However, if you think your item is not in perfect condition please read the following information. The prints are hand printed, or if original work, it’s hand made as well and variations can happen between products.
